❁ Raven method for Shifting
When you’re ready to shift, find a comfortable place to lay down and make yourself as relaxed as possible. A good position to start with is the “starfish” position, where you lay on your back with your limbs spread out, forming a star shape with your body. This position allows you to let go of any tension you may be holding in your limbs and let your body fully relax.
Once you’re in the starfish position, take a deep breath and begin counting to 100. As you count, focus on each number and let your mind and body fully relax. Let go of any thoughts or worries, and simply focus on the numbers and the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.
As you reach the number 100, begin to visualize your desired reality (DR). Imagine yourself in that reality, experiencing it as if it were real. See the colors, hear the sounds, and feel the emotions of your DR. Imagine it in as much detail as possible, and let yourself fully immerse in the experience. Repeat your affirmations, such as “I am in my DR” or “I am living in my DR”.
Once you have fully visualized your DR and said your affirmations, you can let go of the visualization and allow yourself to drift off to sleep. Remember that shifting is not something that can be forced, so it’s important to let go of any expectation or attachment to the outcome. Trust that your mind and body will do what’s necessary to shift, and simply allow yourself to sleep peacefully.
When you wake up, you may or may not immediately realize that you have shifted. It’s important to remember that shifting is a gradual process, and it may take a little while for you to fully realize that you are in your DR. But trust in the process and have an open mind, and you will soon be able to fully experience and enjoy your DR.
Remember that it’s important to be patient and not to put too much pressure on yourself. Shifting is a personal journey and it will happen naturally for you when the time is right. So don’t worry if it doesn’t happen right away, keep practicing and enjoying the process.
❁ Pillow method for Shifting
One way to increase your chances of shifting is by writing down your affirmations and desired reality (DR) before you go to sleep. Affirmations are positive phrases that remind you of your goals and desires. They can be something like “I am living in my DR” or “I am experiencing my desired reality.” You can write them down on paper or type them on your phone, but make sure to keep your phone away from heat source.
Place your affirmations under your pillow or somewhere close to you while you sleep, so you keep your affirmations and desired reality in mind. You can also include your script, which is a detailed description of your DR, in this method. This will help you to visualize your DR more clearly and increase your chances of shifting. This method can be used alone or in combination with other methods like the Raven and Sunni methods.
❁ Elevator method for Shifting
A fun and effective way to shift is to imagine yourself in an elevator, going up to each floor. As you go up, take the time to affirm between each floor, remind yourself of your desired reality (DR) and goals. Imagine each floor as a different scene from your DR, really visualize and imagine it in as much detail as you can. For example, if your DR is a tropical island, imagine the warm sun on your skin, the sound of the waves and the smell of the ocean.
Take your time and really immerse yourself in each scene, let yourself feel the emotions and sensations of each floor. When you feel like you’re truly there, in your DR, get out of the elevator at that level. Imagine yourself in the body you desire to be in and you should find yourself in your DR.
❁ Sunni method for Shifting
When you are ready to shift, find a comfortable place to lay down and make yourself as relaxed as possible. Once you are comfortable, close your eyes and imagine yourself physically in your Desired Reality (DR). Visualize every detail of your surroundings, from the pillows, blankets, and sheets you are laying on, to the walls, floor and ceiling around you. Imagine it as vividly as you can and really try to feel as if you are truly there.
As you visualize, repeat your affirmations to yourself, such as “I am in my DR” or “I am living in my DR”, to remind yourself of your goal and to reinforce your visualization. Keep visualizing and affirming until you fall asleep.
When you wake up, you may or may not immediately realize that you have shifted.
❁ Train method for Shifting
Close your eyes and imagine yourself on a train, traveling towards your Desired Reality (DR). Allow yourself to feel the movement of the train as it takes you closer to your DR.
As you visualize, repeat your affirmations to yourself such as “I am in my DR” or “I am living in my DR”, to remind yourself of your goal and to reinforce your visualization. Self-affirmations are powerful tools to help you achieve your goals, and they can help you to focus on your desired reality.
Look out the window of the train and visualize different scenes from your DR playing out. Imagine the colors, the sounds, and the emotions of your DR as vividly as you can. Take your time and really immerse yourself in each scene, let yourself feel the emotions and sensations of each moment.

Imagine them jumping down a rabbit hole, and if you are truly ready to shift, continue to follow them. Fall for as long as you like, and as you fall, you may start to feel symptoms of shifting such as tingling or a floating sensation.
When you reach the bottom, visualize a table with a key on it. Look around to find the door, and once you find it, pick up the key and open the door. On the other side of the door should be your DR. Step through the door, and close it behind you.
Now that you are in your DR, go to bed and when you wake up, you should be there. Remember to stay focused and not move, as this will help you to stay in your DR.

Pick a song that resonates with you and reminds you of your Desired Reality (DR) or a person from your DR. It is my personal preference to pick a song that is associated with my DR, but you do not have to do this, you can pick any song that makes you feel good.
Imagine yourself dancing or enjoying the song with someone from your DR. As you listen to the song, visualize yourself in your DR, feeling the emotions and sensations of being there. At the end of the song, the person you are dancing with leads you to a door and opens it. Inside, you see a bright white light.
Say your affirmations to yourself, such as “I am in my DR” or “I am living in my DR”, to remind yourself of your goal and to reinforce your visualization. As you walk through the door, you should only see white light. You may experience symptoms such as numbness, tingling, feelings of heaviness, feeling like you’re floating, etc. These are normal symptoms of shifting, and you should not be alarmed.
Once the symptoms subside, affirm once more and go to bed. Trust that your mind and body will do what’s necessary to shift, and simply allow yourself to sleep peacefully. When you wake up, you should be in your DR

Close your eyes and imagine yourself climbing a staircase. You can climb for as long as you desire, take your time and enjoy the journey. There will be someone from your Desired Reality (DR) waiting for you, they will ask you if you are ready to go, say yes. Take their hand and they will lead you through a door. Behind the door is your DR, and when you step through, you will be fully immersed in your desired reality.
It’s important to not move during this time, and to stay focused on the feeling of being in your DR. The more you can hold onto that feeling, the more likely you are to remain in your DR when you wake up.
Behind the door you see is your desired reality. Do not move and go to bed fast.

As you listen, imagine that the person you are laying on gets up and leads you to a door. Take their hand and walk through the door. Visualize a bright light, and start feeling the signs of shifting such as tingling, floating, and numbness. Once you feel like you’ve left your body, start visualizing your DR. See yourself in your DR body, in the same position your current reality (CR) body is in. Imagine yourself going into your DR body.
It’s important to only open your eyes when you feel like you are fully in your DR.
❁ Non Sleeping method for shifting
To begin, listen to theta waves (6Hz is recommended) for a few minutes. After that, take some time to meditate for about 10 minutes. Clear your mind and focus on your breath.

As the tea party comes to an end, and you’re ready to go to sleep, tell your DR self that you have to go home. Stand up, give them a hug and feel the warmth of their embrace. Imagine yourself melting into them and becoming one. This is your signal that you’re shifting.

Now, imagine yourself interacting and spending time with someone from your desired reality, perhaps even giving them a hug. Take the time to really feel the emotions and sensations of this interaction. Once you feel fully immersed in your desired reality, recite your affirmations to yourself and allow yourself to drift off to sleep. When you wake up, you should find yourself in your desired reality.

As you hold this vision in your mind, start repeating your affirmations to yourself. These can be phrases such as “I am in my DR” or “I am living my dream life.”
When you feel ready, imagine your consciousness leaving your body and climbing a rope that leads to your DR. Keep climbing until you reach a portal, it could be a door, or a window, or anything that symbolizes a threshold between your current reality and your DR. Go through the portal and imagine yourself in your DR bedroom, see your DR self is asleep in your DR bed. Now visualize your consciousness entering your DR body and taking over.

Once you finish playing, you stand up and take a bow. You announce to everyone “thank you, I must go home now” and begin to walk back down the hallway. At the end of the hallway, you see someone from your desired reality waiting for you. They take your hand and ask if you’re ready to go home. You say yes and follow them down a corridor to a large golden door. They open the door and you walk into a bright light.
