Find a comfortable place to lay down, close your eyes, and imagine yourself in your current reality (CR) bedroom. You will see a key on your night table, pick it up and a small door in one of your walls will open. Behind the door, you will find a small crawl space, enter it and start crawling.
As you crawl, start visualizing your Desired Reality (DR). Imagine different scenes from it, you should start to feel symptoms of shifting such as tingling, floating, and numbness. When you feel ready, visualize another small door ahead of you. This is the door to your DR. When you go through it, you should be in your DR bedroom. Imagine your DR self is asleep in bed. Get into the bed and melt into them, becoming one.
Allow yourself to go to sleep, trust that your mind and body will do what is necessary to shift. You should wake up in your DR.
