Imagine yourself floating through a peaceful and calming environment, it could be through space, a void, the ocean, or anything that brings you a sense of tranquility. As you float, take deep breaths and allow yourself to fully relax. Now, imagine opening your eyes to find yourself in your Dream Reality (DR).
Take the time to live out your first day in your DR in as much detail as possible. Imagine every little thing, from what you had for breakfast to the way the sunlight shines through the window. Pay attention to the small details, like how many blueberries you put in your morning oatmeal or the way your clothes feel against your skin.
As the day comes to an end, imagine yourself going to sleep in your DR bed. Allow yourself to fully relax and fall asleep in your DR. When you wake up the next morning, you’ll find yourself fully immersed in your DR and it will feel completely real.
It’s important to note that you should not go back to sleep until it’s night again in your DR, as this can disrupt the continuity of your experience. Instead, take the time to fully live out each day in your DR and make the most of the time you have there.
