Allow yourself to fully immerse in this experience and imagine the details of your desired reality as vividly as possible. Now, imagine yourself interacting and spending time with someone from your desired reality, perhaps even giving them a hug. Take the time to really feel the emotions and sensations of this interaction. Once you feel fully immersed in your desired reality, recite your affirmations to yourself and allow yourself to drift off to sleep. When you wake up, you should find yourself in your desired reality.
