Take a warm bath, and make it as relaxing as possible. Light some candles, put on some soothing music (if desired) and add some sea salt to the water (if desired). While in the bath, close your eyes and imagine yourself surrounded by clouds. Imagine the floor, walls, and ceiling are all made of clouds. Then, imagine yourself going through a transformation similar to a character from a show or movie that makes you feel calm and relaxed. For example, if you want a specific body feature, such as a thigh gap, imagine a white light surrounding that area and visualize it becoming as slim and toned as you desire. Take deep breaths and continue to visualize and affirm until you feel fully relaxed and at ease. Then, lay in the bath and let yourself drift off to sleep.
