A shifting script is not obligatory, as some people have the ability to control their minds and visualize their desired reality without one. However, for those who may struggle with visualization or have difficulty focusing, using a script can be helpful in creating a clearer image of their DR and ensuring a smoother shifting experience. Additionally, incorporating a script into methods like the Raven, Pillow, Sunni and Alice in Wonderland methods can be especially beneficial. Ultimately, whether or not to use a script is a personal choice and what works best for you may differ from others.
How to use a script for shifting ?
Some people prefer to keep their script in a journal and read through it at their own pace, whether it be daily or weekly. And some people like to memorize their script and recite it in their mind before shifting. It’s all about finding what works best for you and what helps you feel the most prepared and confident when shifting. Additionally, you can also use your script as a reference for your desired reality and make any adjustments or additions as needed. Remember, your script is a tool to help guide you to your desired reality, but it’s ultimately up to you to make it happen.
How to write a script for shifting?
When it comes to writing a script for shifting, the format is entirely up to you and your personal preference. Some people prefer to write in paragraphs, while others prefer to use bullet points. Both methods will work just as effectively. Personally, I like to use a template on a program like Notion to save time and streamline the process, so I don’t have to constantly format my script with paragraphs or bullet points. Ultimately, the key is to make sure your script is clear and easy for you to follow when you’re ready to shift.
You can find the Notion template I use here.
When writing a script for shifting, it’s important to think about every aspect of your desired reality. This can include things like your appearance, personality, skills, hobbies, relationships, and family. You may also want to include details about your school or work life, and make sure to include information about time, pain, death, and a safe word. It’s also important to remember to include a mention of your “clone”, which refers to your DR self.
It’s crucial to mention that there should be ‘no death’ and little to no pain in your script, as this will ensure that you are safe while shifting. If you forget to include this in your script, don’t worry, you will not actually die and you will just go back to your current reality, but it’s better to add it. Additionally, it can be helpful to include a statement in your script that you will pick up where you left off, but this is often done naturally.
