When you’re ready to shift, find a comfortable place to lay down and make yourself as relaxed as possible. A good position to start with is the “starfish” position, where you lay on your back with your limbs spread out, forming a star shape with your body. This position allows you to let go of any tension you may be holding in your limbs and let your body fully relax.
Once you’re in the starfish position, take a deep breath and begin counting to 100. As you count, focus on each number and let your mind and body fully relax. Let go of any thoughts or worries, and simply focus on the numbers and the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.
As you reach the number 100, begin to visualize your desired reality (DR). Imagine yourself in that reality, experiencing it as if it were real. See the colors, hear the sounds, and feel the emotions of your DR. Imagine it in as much detail as possible, and let yourself fully immerse in the experience. Repeat your affirmations, such as “I am in my DR” or “I am living in my DR”.
Once you have fully visualized your DR and said your affirmations, you can let go of the visualization and allow yourself to drift off to sleep. Remember that shifting is not something that can be forced, so it’s important to let go of any expectation or attachment to the outcome. Trust that your mind and body will do what’s necessary to shift, and simply allow yourself to sleep peacefully.
When you wake up, you may or may not immediately realize that you have shifted. It’s important to remember that shifting is a gradual process, and it may take a little while for you to fully realize that you are in your DR. But trust in the process and have an open mind, and you will soon be able to fully experience and enjoy your DR.
Remember that it’s important to be patient and not to put too much pressure on yourself. Shifting is a personal journey and it will happen naturally for you when the time is right. So don’t worry if it doesn’t happen right away, keep practicing and enjoying the process.
