Step one: Get comfortable and relax
Find a comfortable position to sit or lie in, and take a few minutes to relax and clear your mind. Optional: take a few minutes to meditate and focus on your breathing to help you get into a peaceful state.
Step two: Imagine your desired reality
Visualize yourself in a helicopter, wearing your skydiving gear, flying over your desired reality (DR). Imagine the feeling of jumping out of the helicopter and falling through the air. Then, imagine pulling the cord on your parachute and floating above your DR, taking in the beautiful scenery.
Step three: Count and affirm
As you continue to visualize, you may start to feel symptoms of shifting. When this happens, start counting up in intervals of ten and after each interval, say your affirmations such as “I am grateful to be in my desired reality” or “I have shifted.” Continue counting and affirming until you reach 50.
Step four: Visualize more
Once you reach 50, stop counting and focus on visualizing yourself floating down in your parachute and landing in your DR body. Imagine what it feels like to be in your DR, and take in all the details around you.
Step five: Keep counting and affirming
Continue counting to 100 and keep affirming until you feel fully immersed in your DR. Then, slowly open your eyes, and you should be in your desired reality!
