Before you begin, it’s recommended to read your affirmations and scripts, and to listen to your favorite playlist.
Close your eyes, and imagine yourself walking down a beautiful pathway. Take a moment to picture your current reality, and spend a day living through it as you normally would. As you go through the day, take note of any aspects of your reality that you would like to change or improve upon. When the day is over, and it’s time to go to sleep, return to the pathway.
Open your eyes, and continue walking down the pathway until you feel ready to stop. Close your eyes again, and imagine yourself entering your ideal reality. Spend a day living in this new reality, and take note of the things you love and are happy about. As you go through the day, imagine yourself saying and doing things that align with your ideal reality.
When it’s time to sleep, imagine yourself laying in a comfortable bed in your ideal reality. If you feel the need to wake up and move around, make sure to take time to relax and de-stress. Remember to focus on the positive aspects of your ideal reality and repeat your affirmations. Remember that you can use this method in conjunction with other methods to enhance the experience.
